Chandlers has been serving Victoria's finest seafood for over twenty-five-years, from its location in the historic Chandlers Building on Victoria's Wharf Street at Yates Drive on Victoria, B.C.'s Inner Harbour.
Since 1998, Chandlers has been voted Best Seafood in Victoria in Victoria News' Best of the City Contest eight times (and we've never left their top three!) New York Prime Alberta Steak – The classic center-cut 12-oz New York, grilled to perfection.
Whole Lobster - A steamed 1 1/2 lb. to 1 3/4 lb. New Brunswick lobster, fresh from our tank.
Dijon Salmon – Perfectly grilled salmon glazed with our delicate Dijon sauce. A delicious house creation!
Tiramisu - Savoiardi, dipped in coffee and sandwiched between layers of mascarpone cream.
Shrimp Pasta – Succulent local hand peeled shrimp, tossed with grilled artichoke hearts, roasted peppers and sun dried tomatoes in a creamy alfredo sauce.
